Under my leadership, ÖRAV has developed and delivered at least 20 new training programs, trained and coached 500 trainers, created sustainable value with at least 10 corporate partnerships, and led the digital transformation strategy for online training programs. I have also established strong relationships with government bodies and local education directorates across the country, gaining insights into the local needs and challenges of the education sector. I am always eager to connect the right people with the right resources and businesses to initiate visionary ideas into collaborative projects. I have an MBA from Koç University and I am an alumna of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the US State Department, where I participated in the Leadership in the Digital Age program. I am also a member of various organizations, such as HP Futures – Future Schools Committee, TUSIAD Education Study Group and CSR Turkey Advisory Board. My personal brand is defined as “inspiring, creative, and visionary leadership” and I am committed to making a difference through innovative and strategic educational tools, trainings, and projects.
In 2023, I was awarded with the Social Impact Award by Koç University.
