Currently, I serve as a member of the English redaction board for two academic journals within the institution. While my curiosity once led me to explore foreign trade and even pursue a master’s degree in economics, teaching has always remained my true passion. Helping students succeed and hearing their stories of progress fills me with immense happiness—it’s why I love what I do.

My passion for education stems from a lifelong commitment to learning. Growing up in a family of teachers, I was instilled with a strong belief in the power of education to transform lives. My motto, “Learn and Share,” guides my approach to teaching and personal development. Every new day brings an opportunity to grow, and I’m driven by the belief that a bit of effort can overcome any obstacle, while a kind, constructive approach can resolve any conflict.

Outside of the classroom, I cherish time with my two sons, who bring so much color and joy to my life. I also find peace in nature. Whether I’m hiking or simply spending quiet time outdoors, I’m always drawn to plants, animals, and learning about natural remedies, especially traditional herbal treatments. My friends call me “Oyapedia,” perhaps because I used to read encyclopedia volumes for fun as a child! Every new piece of information is a treasure waiting to be discovered. I see myself as a lifelong learner, always curious about the world around me.

At GRIT, I’m excited to be part of a team that shares my passion for education. I contribute by developing learning materials, conducting research, and organizing events. Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue expanding my knowledge and making meaningful contributions across various areas of interest, always driven by my curiosity.
