Currently, she aims to push the boundaries of education by conducting in-depth research on inclusive education and teaching Turkish as a foreign language. Having a certificate in teaching Turkish to foreigners reinforces her love of language and passion for teaching. Language teaching is not only a profession for her, but also an art.

Her interest in art history takes her to a different world. Her dream is to study artworks closely to better understand this magical world. Seeing the works she admires up close in real life is the activity she enjoys the most.

Also, as an aunt to one niece and one nephew, Sevda tries her best to teach them about life, language and art in a fun way. She observes the different stages of life through them and as an educator, she has the opportunity to closely observe the cognitive, social and psychological aspects of development. Thus, the learning-teaching process turns into a mutual exchange.

In the GRIT Team, Sevda wants to carry out her own projects in the fields of teaching Turkish as a foreign language and inclusive education, which are her special areas of interest. She also hopes to contribute to the team as a researcher, content designer, coordinating communication and dissemination activities, administrative support, curriculum specialist and public relations.
